The League has lost 48 of the first 72 games over Weeks 1 and 2. This has resulted in many teams having yet to have taken the field while others were fortunate enough to play a game or two. In an effort to recover the lost games the League is adding a “Week 2.5” on May 19th after many teams volunteered to play. This Sunday, teams will play 1 to 2 games and in total, we will make up 23 of the 48 games.
To free up enough game slots over Weeks 3, 4, and 5 to cover the remaining rain out games, a few regularly scheduled games have been rescheduled to this weekend. This will result in a couple of teams receiving a bye Week over the upcoming weeks. Updated Schedules for the affected weeks will be posted shortly.
Please see the full schedule below- click to enlarge. The online schedule will be updated soon.
The remaining rain out games will be scheduled over the next 3 weeks.
Please be aware that the drastic changes in the schedule will result in some disparity in the standings with regard to games played. The plan is to have almost every team play 6 games by the Mid-Season tournament with just a few outstanding games remaining. The standings and Tournament rankings will be decided by Point Percentage.
Thank you to all of the teams that offered to play. Additionally, thank you to all of the Umpires that have agreed to cover our games over the Long Weekend.
Please double check that your team is not booked to play two games at the same time. This schedule has been a work in progress and gone over several times, but mistakes do happen. If you have any questions, please contact a member of the Executive. Again, thank you for your cooperation and patience.
