NEW RULES FOR 2026 | MENS & WOMENS LEAGUE
Roster Lock
- All rosters will be locked as of July 1 @ 11:59 PM
Post-Roster Lock Substitution
- A team seeking to replace a player after the Roster Lock deadline will be required to pay a $25 fee per added player to the league.
Borrowing a Player
- A team can borrow up to two (2) players to get to nine (9) total players from the same or a lower division.
Home Run Cap (MENS)
- All Divisions: Teams will have a Home Run limit of four (4) “out of the park home runs”.
- A +1 Rule will be put into effect once both teams have reached their limit.
- +1 RULE: Once both teams reach their HR limit, a team may only hit another home run when their home run total is tied or trailing by 1.
- Once a team has hit 4 total home runs, any additional home runs that would put a team ahead beyond +1 total home runs will be recorded as an out.
- HOME RUN: A fair ball that leaves the playing field in flight over the outfield fence, allowing the batter and all runners to score. An inside-the-park HR will NOT be counted against a team’s HR total.
Score Submission (MENS)
- BOTH TEAMS will be required to submit their scores upon the completion of each game.
Wildcard Saturday Playoff (MENS)
- Wildcard Playoff Round (Best 2 of 3)- divisions with 9 or more teams will start the playoffs on a single “Wildcard Day” (Saturday, August 22nd), prior to the first full week of playoffs.
- Based on the standings, teams ranking outside the automatic Quarter-Final births will compete in a single day best 2 of 3 playoff series.
- Series winners will be reseeded and advance to the quarter-finals.
- 2026 Series Wildcard Match-ups
- Division 3: 5th vs 12th | 6th vs 11th | 7th vs 10th | 8th vs 9th
- Division 4: 7th vs 10th | 8th vs 9th
Semi-Final Series
- All Semi-Final Series will be a Best 3 of 5 Series
Divisional Promotion & Relegation (MENS)
- The number of teams and criteria to move teams will be expanded and consider on a case-by-case basis.
